Looking for some details about our new benefit offerings? We have you covered:
Health insurance: Employees who meet the three-month look-back guidelines, working an average of at least 30 hours per week, are eligible to enroll in benefits, with a 30-day waiting period. Benefits will start first day of the month, following the 30-day waiting period. Dental and Vision coverage are available on this policy, and you can even secure coverage for your spouse and dependent children.
401k with matching: Participants are fully vested from the first day of eligibility. Matching = 100% match on the first 3% saved, 50% on the next 2% saved. Eligibility is earned after working a minimum number of hours with DOD and continues whether you’re full-time, part-time, or PRN, as long as you stay with DOD.
Sick Pay: Starts accruing from Day 1 and is available through all assignments you take with Dietitians On Demand, allowing you to accrue up to 40 hours of leave time annually.
Other perks available from Day 1 include:
- Free continuing education.
- W2 employment status (versus working as a 1099 consultant).
- Covered under our corporate liability insurance.
- Control over your schedule and hours/days worked.
- Premier hourly pay rates — get paid for all the hours you work.
