Did you know: Dietitians On Demand employees who sign an employment offer of at least 30 hours per week will be eligible to immediately enroll in health benefits, for coverage effective the 1st day of the following month. Benefits include full medical coverage (with vision and dental), 401(k) with matching and sick pay.

Eligibility requirements

Looking for some details about our new benefit offerings? We have you covered:

Health insurance: Employees working at least 30 hours per week are eligible to enroll in benefits with coverage effective the first day of the following month. Dental and Vision coverage are available on this policy, and you can even secure coverage for your spouse and dependent children.

401(k) with matching: Participants are fully vested from the first day of eligibility. Matching = 100% match on the first 3% saved, 50% on the next 2% saved. Eligibility is earned after working a minimum number of hours with Dietitians On Demand and continues whether you’re full-time, part-time, or PRN, as long as you stay with Dietitians On Demand.

Sick Pay: Starts accruing from Day 1 and is available through all assignments you take with Dietitians On Demand, allowing you to accrue up to 40 hours of leave time annually, depending on locality.
