Looking back at 2016, we see an exciting year of growth and change at Dietitians On Demand. Our continuous increase in billable hours is a reflection of the increased number of dietitians working for us in the field and we want to give back to our wonderful community of RDs! To do that, we are making an end-of-year donation to The Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics Foundation.
The Academy Foundation, much like Dietitians On Demand, is devoted exclusively to nutrition, dietetics and Registered Dietitians. This unique organization is the only philanthropic arm of the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics. Donations are used for scholarships, awards, research, public education, and international resources and opportunities.
HOW YOU CAN HELP (without spending any of your own $$$):
On our LinkedIn page, we’re running a donation drive through Dec. 31. For every new LinkedIn follower we gain, we’re adding $1 to our donation. Just jump over to LinkedIn to FOLLOW our company page. That’s it! If you want to be extra generous, then help us spread the word by sharing one of the posts there and telling your fellow RDs to become followers, too. It is Christmas after all, the more the merrier!
