As a Recruiting Specialist, you will work directly with our team of Regional Account Managers (RAMs) to identify, organize and vet applicants for open positions. We’re looking for a team player who is customer service focused, organized, tech savvy, and possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Our Regional Account Managers (RAMs) create lasting relationships with amazing registered dietitians across the country. Our RAMs don’t just fill jobs, they help dietitians establish and maintain satisfying careers. The Recruiting Specialist will not only support our RAM team, but will support the mission and vision of Dietitians On Demand by providing opportunities for dietitians to advance their practice and elevate the profession.

Key Duties
Discussing job specifications with Regional Account Managers and selecting appropriate measures for attracting talent 
Publishing open jobs on Dietitians On Demand's job board and a variety of other outlets
Responsible for sourcing nutrition talent, including RD's, DTR's, CDM's, and dietetic interns through an established method
Screen and vet talent to create short lists for open positions
Update candidate profiles to enhance sourcing efforts  
Conduct general inquiry calls with potential candidates 
Manage talent pipeline
Other tasks as assigned by Regional Account Managers

Qualifications
Must hold a bachelor’s degree in HR, business, psychology, nutrition, or another related field  
Experience in recruiting is a plus, but not required
Excellent analytical skills to examine resumes and find the best-suited candidates
Clear verbal skills to communicate well with candidates and managers
Proficient writing skills for job posting, sourcing, and communicating with candidates 
Ability to work within a team to support individuals and team as a whole
