Dietitians On Demand is looking for a dietitian with outpatient experience to work a 3 month contract at an outpatient facility in Chicago, Illinois! 

Key Duties

• Provide personalized nutrition counseling and medical nutrition therapy for various medical conditions 
• Assess and provide recommendations for patients ages <<pediatric, adult, older adult
• Utilize behavior modification strategies and techniques to optimal nutrition counseling
• Evaluate achievement of learning objectives and provide appropriate treatment plan in accordance with patient goals
• Utilize nutrition-related information systems and/or patient medical record systems to successfully document recommendations and progress
• Demonstrates accountability for the proper use of patients’ protected health information
• Ability to perform work independently with minimal training

Required Licenses/Certifications

• Current Registered Dietitian credentialed by CDR
• IL state dietitian license is required prior to starting position
