Finalists announcement: Dietitian Student Loan Payoff Contest

Hello,

Today I am pleased to announce our 10 finalists for the Dietitians On Demand Student Loan Payoff Contest. They are a diverse group of individuals working in healthcare facilities all over the country and are making an impact in the communities where they serve. Over the coming weeks we’ll be learning more about this amazing group and will share their stories with you.

We were surprised to receive such an overwhelming response to this contest. We had almost 950 people complete our application and I believe that nearly every one of you is deserving of selection. As a group, we have read what inspired you to become a dietitian, learned what you’re doing to make a difference during this pandemic, and been motivated by how you’ve advocated for your profession. Thank you for doing what you do. Thank you for making a difference. Thank you for standing up for those who need it the most.

Unfortunately, finances dictate that we can’t pick 950 winners, so I know there will be some disappointment today, but I want to motivate you all to keep going. Keep chipping away at that debt and eventually it will be gone. Use your creativity and your abilities to position yourself for opportunity and it will eventually find you.

At Dietitians On Demand we believe that RDs are superheroes and we are excited to watch as you do great things.

All finalists will receive at least $1,000 toward their student loans. After further interviews, two of the 10 finalists will become the grand prize winners of $15,000 each toward their student loans. The finalists will be notified by email and given the next steps.
