Starting at $42 per hour
Administrative Dietitian Supervisor
40 Hours/week | ASAP – 12 week duration
300-bed intellectual disability facility
Travel/mileage offered, pending location | Management experience preferred
Weekdays, business hours

Manage and coordinate food production, menu planning, staff development, working closely with clinical RDs and FSD
Surrounded by state parks and national forests, Kinston, North Carolina has a small town feel with plenty of local charm. This is a perfect position for a dietitian looking for a long-term contract and management experience.
Key Duties
- Manage and coordinate the food preparation or production operations in a hospital or institution
- Supervisory responsibility in food production including food procurement, and storage
- Menu planning for the regular and wide variety of therapeutic diets, sanitation, record keeping, and staff development
- Work closely with clinical dietitians in planning special diets or item substitutions and preparing nutritional calculations of the prepared menus
Required Licenses/Certifications
- Current Registered Dietitian credentialed by CDR
- North Carolina state dietitian license is required prior to starting position
