40 Hours/week | Starting ASAP for a 3-month duration, temp-to-perm 
Outpatient, remote counseling
Diabetes and weight management experience required, 4+ years of RD experience required 
Weekday, daytime hours with weekend rotations every 8 weeks
Clinical duties only

Dietitians On Demand is recruiting for a remote, outpatient RD for this exciting new role. Preference for RDs with in the Pacific time zone with outpatient counseling experience. 

Key Duties

• Provide personalized nutrition counseling and medical nutrition therapy for various medical conditions, specifically diabetes and weight management.
• Assess and provide recommendations for adult patients.
• Utilize behavior modification strategies and techniques to optimal nutrition counseling
• Evaluate achievement of learning objectives and provide appropriate treatment plan in accordance with patient goals
• Utilize nutrition-related information systems and/or patient medical record systems to successfully document recommendations and progress
• Demonstrates accountability for the proper use of patients’ protected health information
• Ability to perform work independently with minimal training

Required Licenses/Certifications

• Current Registered Dietitian credentialed by CDR
• Preference for active state licensure in NJ, OH, PA, IN, TN, NY, NC, KY, MD
